Big things coming for Scentsy…

 

It’s February and many exciting things are happening for Scentsy! Both for customers and consultants!

Tomorrow I will be heading to Syracuse, NY for Scentsy’s Spring Sprint! I cant wait. This will be my first work trip and its promised to be full of fun, free goodies, and info to help me be the best consultant possible.

Happy news!

 

We went to the high risk specialist yesterday and received the best news possible news! Our baby’s heart looked perfect and healthy!!! What a huge relief and a weight has been lifted from out lives. I have to tell you time just stands still when your told there is a chance something is wrong with your child (unborn or living).

 

As a bonus to finding out our baby looks healthy we were told the sex…..

 

We are happy to be having another little guy. Our son is thrilled and our daughter while a little upset is now getting excited about another brother as well. Now if only we could decide on a name. (LOL we had a girl name all picked out but can not agree on a boy name.)

 

We are still asking for prayers and positive thoughts for my own heath. That testing will be done on the 31st and we wont know the results for a few days/ weeks after.

 

 

I want to thank you for your patience as we go through this crazy time of ‘hurry up and wait’. I will have a few review posts up soon.

Sorry I’ve been away

 

I’m sorry I have neglected my blog and you the readers. Life sometimes gets in the way of my free time set aside for blogging.

As I mentioned a few weeks ago we are expecting our third child in June. After the holidays I went in for my routine OB check on January 4th and was given some very disturbing news about the baby and my own personal health.

We were told the last ultrasound showed an abnormality with the baby’s heart and we are being sent to a high risk specialist for more testing on the 22nd. As for my health issues I will be having more testing done for that issue on the 31st.This has been the most stressful 2 weeks of my life. Adding to the worry about our unborn child our children L and P came down with the flu over Christmas and are finally on the mend. Our poor little guy P lost almost 10lbs while being sick and is now eating everything in sight to make up for it.

If you’re the praying sort please pray for our family as we wait on more news, if your not positive thoughts are welcomed too!

I promise to try harder to carve out more time to blog and I hope to get a few posts up within the next week or so.
