A Close Shave with Shavemob

Hi readers its time again for a guest post from my husband Robert.
 

As a dad of 3 kids, I have to save money wherever possible. One of the biggest expenses I can possibly have is razor blades. My work requires me to look well-groomed, which means shaving (plus my wife hates it when I try growing a beard). But razors fall into two categories to me: too expensive to buy, or cheap, but quickly dulled. I have used razors for weeks after they are supposed to be thrown out simply because I can’t see spending so much to buy new ones.
Then we found out about ShaveMOB. This is a mail-order razor service. I will admit, I was skeptical of this at first. To me, I thought it would be a few small, cheap, disposable razors for slightly less than you would pay at a store. But, noting ventured nothing gained, so I figured I would give it a try.
When the 100% recyclable package came, my first impression was that it was nice for a company to care about the environment. Then, I noticed how hefty the package felt. Nothing like disposable razors. Then I opened it, and WOW! The handle they give you is just as well as the expensive razors, AND they give you a full set of 4 blades to go with it (most only give you 2).
ShaveMOB offers 3 different razors for both men and women, so you can choose a razor that gives you a customs shave that’s just right for you! And I’ve been using it, and again WOW! This is the best razor I have ever used (I am using the six-blade razors, with the trimmer).
Then I went onto their website at www.shavemob.com to check out the prices. I was shocked even more. The blades I love, for a 4 pack with the handle, is $12.99! That is LESS than the price of similar razors by at least $6. And then, the more you buy, the less expensive it gets. With a typical set of 4 blades (priced at $17.49), you are paying $4.37 per blade. With ShaveMob, the same 4 blades, which costs $12.99 and includes the handle, you’re paying $3.25 per blade, saving $1.12 per blade. Over the course of one person’s life, that can add up to a lot of money. And, if you buy the biggest pack they have, which is 24 blades at $39.99, you are paying $1.67 per blade. That saves you $2.70 per blade that you used. And there is FREE shipping on all orders!

Creativity for Kids Review and Giveaway

 

I cant believe that summer is almost over. My little pumpkin starts School in two weeks. We have been busy school shopping and changing our routine to get ready for the new fall schedule. What I liked best about the Deluxe Glitter kit and the Feather kit is, there are not one and done kits, you can go back and make new things again and again. I was pretty excited to participate in this spark, as my kids get more active its hard to keep up with them and make sure they get enough milk.
