Book Review: A Summer Secret

A Summer Secret by Kathleen Fuller

_200_360_Book_199_cover     This is another great story by Kathleen Fuller. If you have yet to read anything written by her trust me, you should!
A Summer Secret is about an Amish girl, Mary Beth,  who finds a Yankee boy, Sawyer,  in an abandoned barn—which is where she escapes to when she needs time alone. Mary Beth, and her brother Johnny, discover Sawyer hiding out in the barn. They decide to keep him a secret from their parents. This is the story of how faith and trust come into play in ordinary lives. Read about Mary Beth’s journey from a young girl—wanting  to slip away for some alone time, to a young adult—realizing what family, love, and trust is all about.
I really liked this book; like most of Fullers books once I started it reading it, I couldn’t put it down. Finding out what caused Sawyer to be in the barn to begin with—and what happens to him in the end—keeps you intrigued throughout the book. If your looking for a nice wholesome, feel good romance this is the book for you. Not only is there romance you will also find intruge, suspence, and more! It’s a very well rounded book that leave you wanting to know more about the characters! Good thing Kathleen Fuller has more of their stories for you to discover in her other books!
